However, it was one of my former professors that urged me to transfer to the University of Illinois because she believed that the school would better support me in my long­-term goal of becoming a partner at a BigLaw firm in Chicago.

Given that there are a lot of people in BigLaw in Chicago who went to the University of Illinois for undergrad or for law school, I knew I would be supported in my BigLaw career goals. I also chose the University because of how affordable it is. Given the quality of the education and the price, I couldn’t go wrong with choosing to transfer to the University of Illinois.”
