Peter Henderson is an appellate lawyer with the Federal Public Defender’s Office in Urbana, Illinois. He has represented hundreds of indigent clients charged with federal crimes in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of Illinois and in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit. Henderson is a 2012 graduate of the University of Illinois College of Law, where he was a member of the Order of the Coif. He received his bachelor’s degree magna cum laude in South Asian Studies from Brown University.
